Field Inside Sales Representative

As a field inside sales representative supporting the California territory, you'll split your time between phone-based sales and traveling to agencies, assisting with building and strengthening their book of business.

Visit independent agencies in the territory to assist with building and strengthening their book of business
Influence agencies within their territory to market Progressive services and products
Provide marketing strategies

Qualification

B2B sales experienceAccount managementUnderwritingFluency in SpanishInterpersonal skills

Required

High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of three years of business-to-business sales or property casualty experience
This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance
This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies

Preferred

Demonstrated outside business-to-business sales and account management experience
Experience with large accounts in creating valued business partnerships
Ability to use formal and informal networks to secure meetings and accomplish goals
Understanding of underwriting
Fluency in Spanish language
