Strong backend and/or web development skills (TypeScript and React preferred)
Experience shipping real projects (mobile app, API, tooling, etc.)
Comfortable owning tasks independently
Self-directed learner who learns by doing
Familiarity with AI/LLM basics (RAG, agents) is a plus
Solid CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, systems)
Git, CI/CD, and cloud experience (e.g., AWS/GCP) preferred
Product sense and bias for action; can prioritize impact
Clear communication; collaborative within a small team
Eligible to work full-time over summer (preference for in-person in NYC)
Interested in potentially converting to full-time post-grad

Git, CI/CD, and cloud experience (e.g., AWS/GCP) preferred
