Managing preventive maintenance schedules
Qualification
Required
Experience of 2-5 years in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment
HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills
Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper
Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Read, write and understand English
Preferred
Certification in pool operation
Valid driver's license
Preventive maintenance background
