Responsibilities

Drive the design, implementation, and evolution of core platform infrastructure and shared services
Lead mission critical projects to build and scale core platform capabilities
Work closely with engineers across the organization to adopt these components to evolve existing products and bring new products to market
Influence architecture, technology selections, and trends of the whole company
Build and grow your engineering skills in different challenging areas and solve hard technical problems

Qualification

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience building core product infrastructure and distributed systems that directly support and empower product-facing engineering teams
You have seen and contributed to systems operating at a significant technical and organizational scale
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, not just engineers but cross functional groups like product and design, and an amplitude of end users
