Prince Law Offices, P.C. is seeking highly skilled, pro-rights attorneys with trial experience in the tri-county area to join our legal team. As a criminal and/or civil attorney, you will play a vital role in representing clients in both criminal and/or civil litigation cases.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Represent clients in criminal and/or civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, and depositions
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents
Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs, without need to utilize AI
Interview clients to gather necessary information for their cases and assess the best course of action
Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals, investigators, and experts to build a strong case
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when applicable
Present arguments in court before judges and juries
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress
Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and legal trends that may impact client cases

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a proven track record of success in criminal and/or civil litigation cases
Strong trial experience with the ability to handle complex cases independently
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present arguments persuasively in court
Proficiency in using legal research databases and other technology tools relevant to the legal profession
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
