Responsibilities

Design custom prompt frameworks for our various core infrastructure agents
Build smart context engineering. This will be a mix between backend work and smart system design
Realistically, anything that touches an LLM is in your realm of design. How can we tackle safety, reliability, and latency at scale
Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans
Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience
Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience
2-10 years of hands-on general engineering + context engineering experience
Leading agent development at previous high-impact startups/companies
Educational background from a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States
Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python
Proficiency in Next.js
Familiarity with AWS and Postgres
Familiarity with Docker
Basic or professional experience with HIPAA
