Responsibilities

Develop actionable analysis and insights that connect the dots across data sources, using advanced analytics to drive key decisions in performance management and operational innovation

Collaborate on the design and roll-out of new operational programs and models addressing complex, end-to-end challenges. Work closely with Product, AI, and Engineering partners to reimagine existing workflows

Identify, evaluate, and introduce forward-looking process improvements and technological solutions to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and support clinical and operational excellence

Lead pilot initiatives with structured experimentation and execute successful post-pilot scaling across teams

Identify and act on opportunities using analytics to assess impact, define KPIs, and continuously iterate on workflows and system design

Act as a connector between Ops, Product, and AI teams ensuring mutual understanding of operational needs and technical opportunities
