Responsibilities

Own Partnership Revenue – Carry a quota and deliver measurable growth from partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities
Build the Partner Ecosystem – Design and execute strategies to attract, activate, and scale strategic, technology, and service partnerships
Create the Playbook – Define how partnerships are structured, enabled, and monetized to deliver long-term value
Lead GTM Execution – Build repeatable motions for onboarding, enablement, and value creation
Drive Partner Success – Keep partners engaged, high-performing, and aligned through clear success metrics
Innovate Programs & Incentives – Develop scalable models, co-marketing initiatives, and performance-based rewards
Recruit & Develop Talent – Build and mentor a high-performing partnerships team
Leverage Data & Insights – Track partner contribution, ROI, and pipeline impact to optimize performance
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS to ensure unified GTM execution

Required

Proven quota-carrying experience, exceeding revenue targets through partnerships or direct sales
Experience building partnership programs or direct revenue ecosystems from the ground up
8+ years in B2B SaaS, with 3-4 in leadership roles tied to revenue. Experience managing managers
Strong executive presence and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders
Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Player-coach mindset – strategic thinker who leads by example
Tech- and data-savvy, comfortable with CRM, GTM tools, and AI-driven analytics
Collaborative leader with a startup mindset – fast, creative, gritty
Team-first, no-ego builder who leads with purpose and humility

Preferred

Fintech, SaaS, or payments experience a plus
