Responsibilities

Start the program as a Production Supervisor, leading an assembly area, managing key performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to meet production goals
Participate in structured rotations across different departments such as operations, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain
Gain a comprehensive understanding of each department’s role, processes, and contributions to the organization
Execute assigned projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing supply chain processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project deliverables and achieve measurable results
Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative solutions and best practices
Implement lean principles and methodologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity
Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Evaluate vendor performance and participate in negotiations to optimize procurement processes
Support compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all operational activities
Contribute to quality assurance processes to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction

Required

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields

Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Prior internship or work experience in operations, engineering, or supply chain
