Provide onsite field leadership of commercial projects ranging from $30M - $100M
Act as the project field lead, reporting directly to the senior superintendent
Adhere to standard health and safety standards
Drive project execution by overseeing teams, budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Walk the site to ensure quality is to a high standard
Have oversight of assistant superintendents
Qualification
Required
3+ years minimum spent as a lead superintendent
Experience leading ground-up commercial construction builds, $30M+
Strong client interfacing and communication skills
Strong job tenure with minimal job moves
Preferred
Experience in mission critical preferred
