Responsibilities

Ensure optimal asset performance to meet or exceed energy production targets

Monitor and report on daily asset performance using asset management software

Analyze performance data and troubleshoot operational issues

Oversee third-party operations and maintenance (O&M) providers, ensuring execution of preventive and corrective tasks

Recommend or implement performance improvement initiatives

Conduct monthly site inspections and generate associated reports for internal and external stakeholders

Track and manage O&M expenditures to remain within budget

Prepare and issue regular internal and external performance reports

Participate in periodic meetings with internal teams and external partners

Interpret and enforce O&M agreements and contracts

Manage timely renewals and renegotiations of contracts related to vegetation control and module cleaning

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including timely renewal of licenses and permits

Collaborate with asset management to support accurate monthly production data for invoicing

Coordinate with data acquisition system (DAS) providers for performance tracking and subscription management

Support technical due diligence for asset acquisitions

Provide engineering or project management assistance to the construction team as needed

Contribute to insurance claims processes when necessary
