They are seeking a Client Service Assistant to support financial advisors, manage client information, and handle client service requests.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and callers with hospitality and assist them however possible

Interact professionally and confidently in all client communications

Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments and basic client requests

Prepare and send client correspondence via email or US mail, and process incoming mail and deliveries

Manage client information database and electronic file storage

Complete and review all new account forms

Interact with investment and insurance companies to establish new accounts and service existing accounts

Oversee and track all client service, new business, and money movement requests to completion and full follow through

Communicate with advisors regarding service and new business items

Assist advisors with meeting preparation however needed

Maintain office equipment and overall professional office environment

Order office supplies and other products as needed

Perform general administrative duties and functions

Initiate projects that may improve administration of office and clients

Expand knowledge in Investment accounts and life insurance policies
