Responsibilities
Work with departments to ensure proposals submitted meet Solutions requirements for delivery, documentation, testing and technical requirements
Work with sales personnel to ensure customers are provided with the required information
Communicate with customers to answer technical questions and respond to bid clarifications
Ensure on-time performance of submission of proposals
Provide support for marketing activities
Perform quoting work as required
International and domestic travel to support customer meetings as required
Qualification
Required
English language proficiency is required
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience is required
3 years in application or sales engineering, preferably in a plant manufacturing environment preferred
A valid driver's license is required for travel to customer sites along with the ability to obtain a passport
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs may be required
Preferred
Experience with customer relation management (CRM) software; SalesForce preferred
Advanced MS Office Suite
Experience with Autodesk, SolidWorks or similar software is preferred
Specific industry experience is strongly preferred
