Responsibilities
Manage financial and operational performance metrics for the business e.g. weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
Partner with Creative formats and creative optimization product team to anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze initiatives and results; identify and drive growth and improvement opportunities
Support growth of the advertising business by evaluating and understanding shopper and advertiser needs and value drivers, supporting strategic initiatives, and forecasting high impact growth strategies
Uphold and enforce an environment of strong financial controllership
Qualification
Required
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
Preferred
4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
