Responsibilities

Manage the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of various performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities in support of the TVOD business teams and finance leadership
Develop new performance metrics and improve existing processes to drive insight, accountability, and control
Partner with various stakeholders (including partners from other business and finance teams) to build financial models that evaluate new opportunities and strategic initiatives
Influence business decisions through effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of alternatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
2+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
Experience working with stakeholders

Preferred

2+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
MBA, or CPA
