Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of company-wide loss prevention and cash management programs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and operational excellence strategies

Take ownership of complex data analysis to identify emerging trends in shrink and loss, and use these insights to drive high-impact decisions that reduce risk and enhance operational performance across all stores

Manage the deployment of new loss prevention tools, technologies, and cash management solutions, including pilot testing, full-scale rollouts, and ongoing optimization based on feedback and performance data

Act as the primary point of contact for key vendors, managing relationships and performance to ensure exceptional service delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Finance, and Store Operations to ensure seamless integration of systems, tools, and processes

Partner with senior leaders in operations, loss prevention, and finance to drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in shrink reduction and cash management practices across stores

Oversee the development and dissemination of high-level reporting for key stakeholders, including senior leadership. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on comprehensive analysis of shrink trends, safe performance, and cash management metrics

Lead efforts to streamline and improve loss prevention and cash management processes, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and greater efficiency

Take a proactive role in mitigating risk through the identification of potential vulnerabilities and implementing corrective actions to address them before they impact store operations or financial performance

Design and facilitate advanced training programs for regional and store-level teams, ensuring comprehensive understanding and consistent execution of updated loss prevention and cash management protocols

Continuously assess operational performance and develop initiatives to improve safety, service excellence, and overall operational efficiency across the business

Required

Experience in loss prevention and cash management programs

Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex data analysis

Experience in designing and facilitating training programs

Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives

Experience in process optimization and risk mitigation

Ability to develop high-level reporting for key stakeholders
