Required

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta/BC, Vancouver or be willing to relocate to the area

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply

Preferred

At least 2 years of hand-on Experience with API gateways and management platforms (Azure APIM &AIS, IBM APIConnect)

Atleast 2 years of experience with cloud platforms

Familiarity with microservices, architecture and containerization

Experience in API architecture, design, and implementation of end-of-end API design, including mapping specifications, data transformation, error handling and logging

Experience in providing integration solutions with Azure integration stack – Azure APIM, Function Apps, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus

Good understanding and knowledge on implementing various security protocols - OAuth2, Basic Auth, Certificate-based authentication, HTTPS, TLS encryption

Strong background in enterprise integration strategies and SOA

Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks

Excellent understanding of security protocols, performance optimization, and system scalability

Ability to lead and guide technical teams in delivering complex integration solutions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
