Responsibilities
Helping the team define and prioritize training gym roadmap based on real world IB/PE experiences
Build end to end systems and processes from scratch to support $MMs in revenue production this year
Own delivery and quality criteria for data/environments shipped to customers
Recruit and train our contractor finance staff
Creating 'training materials' for AI systems (ex. modeling exercises, powerpoints, etc.)
Working with frontier engineering/research teams to implement and deliver training gyms
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
US citizen/visa only
Attention to detail
Organization and ability to own deadlines
Management skills to train and lead teams
Ability to learn deeply technical concepts in machine learning, AI, data, and engineering
Exceptional ability in core finance workflows across powerpoint and Excel
Ability to build or learn how to build platforms using 'Vibe Coding' tools (ex. v0, Cursor, Lovable)
Preferred
Experience working with model training companies
Experience managing data sourcing
Connections in the finance industry
Experience with startups
