CRB is a firm specializing in innovative solutions for the life sciences and food and beverage industries. They are seeking an Architectural Designer Intern who will work on real-world projects, assist with 3D modeling and design, and collaborate with industry leaders.

Responsibilities

Developing project documents (e.g., calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications, etc.) for clients in coordination with regulatory bodies and industry standards

Assisting with development of conceptual designs and coordinating with the design team under direction of the project team lead

Coordinating with other disciplines and other internal and external team members (e.g., vendors, clients, and contractors)

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture

Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights

Must be willing to communicate and collaborate with multiple disciplines and other internal and external stakeholders (vendors, clients and contractors)

Eagerness to learn about the AEC industry and apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering applications

Preferred

Interest in the Food & Beverage or Life Sciences industry strongly preferred

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 Suite, Assemble)

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards within the AEC industry

Prior internship or co-op experience in Architecture or related field
