Responsibilities

Develop and optimize reporting frameworks and data visualizations. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reporting content across the organization, ensuring aligning with strategic goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources into a unified repository. Support the integration of sales, operations, and member program data for comprehensive analysis
Design, implement, and refine performance metrics and KPIs to measure and improve business outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting processes and automation. Identify opportunities for improvement and work to streamline data workflows to create actionable insights that support continuous improvement
Create and present detailed benchmark comparison reports using advanced analytical techniques. Leverage data visualization tools to communicate complex insights in a clear and accessible manner
Support the management of multiple reporting projects, using project management tools to ensure timely completion and quality. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve project goals
Use tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce to analyze and visualize data. Utilize SQL, R, or Python for more advanced data manipulation and reporting tasks
Collaborate closely with team members and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and insights. Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture within the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field required
2+ years of experience in data reporting and analytics, with a strong track record in business intelligence and performance reporting
Advanced proficiency in Tableau (dashboard creation and management), Excel, and Salesforce
Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, and familiarity with R or Python
Knowledge of data modeling is a plus
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Strong understanding of business metrics, financial analysis, and forecasting
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
Proven ability to work well in a team environment, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues to support continuous learning and improvement
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate and timely reporting

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus
