Responsibilities
Achieve best in class fill rates and inventory metrics
Optimize planning tools and processes
Lead the deployment of new products to the channels
Work cross functionally to improve planning practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in channel planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, supply chain management, computer science or data science
Possess a strong understanding of AI/ML applications and able to design/develop machine learning models
Possess a solid understanding of world-class supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, strong leadership skills, and business savvy
Effective in communication, influencing, and negotiation in a matrix organization including one-on-one, small and large groups, and with peers and executives
Ability to both think strategically and implement tactically, a persistent attention to details, a high level of comfort in running large data sets and conducting ad hoc analysis, skills for blending quantitative and qualitative data
Experience with cross-functional collaboration to achieve outstanding customer service in a complex and fast-paced environment
Consistent track record in delivering on operational KPI's while leading projects and initiatives. Sense of priority and urgency to meet deadlines from different partners
High proficiency in Excel and ability to learn technical applications quickly
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Preferred
7+ years of experience in channel planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, supply chain management, computer science or data science
Master's degree in a related field
Experience in Reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau or similar tools
Fluent in Spanish
Experience in using AI to improve processes
