Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available
Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash
Field customer inquiries
Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
Ability to work as a team
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Flexible Availability
Customer service and some sales experience preferred
The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions
The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions
The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs
Expose to noise
The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision
