Responsibilities
Right hand to Founder, Ally Groedel- assisting in all sales and marketing initiatives
Assist Ally on operations for photoshoots, castings, and seasonal sales markets
Manage wholesale account base: Act as liaison between company and wholesale accounts: handling payments for orders and troubleshooting returns
Manage showroom sales samples - ensuring samples are properly tracked, tagged and sent to each showroom
Oversee wholesale sales database, Joor - checking orders for accuracy
Oversee internal inventory system and order implementation
Manage shopify customer service questions
Manage all data uploads to our various internal systems: Quickbooks, CIN7 and Joor
Cross-functional communication with our Production Manager to ensure orders are shipping from factories online
Cross-functional communication with all regional sales showrooms
Sales reporting and strategy implementation for growth opportunities, including planning, sales goals and new sales objectives
Drive all pop up, trunk show and sample sale initiatives
Work with Ally on all new marketing initiatives with an active role on ideas through execution
Qualification
Required
3+ years in fashion apparel industry with an understanding of women's clothing
Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Share required
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for apparel business and ability to work effectively as a team player
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Knowledge of Shopify backend system a must!
