Responsibilities
Document and analyze healthcare workflows (e.g., prior authorizations, appeals) to identify pain points and opportunities for automation
Support conversations with healthcare providers, payors, and partners to gather feedback and understand operational needs
Assist in structuring and organizing clinical and administrative datasets for workflow automation
Work with engineers and product managers to design and test tools that integrate seamlessly into healthcare operations
Contribute to planning, tracking, and delivering projects that improve healthcare operations
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in healthcare, operations, and technology
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a cross-functional team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset; comfortable with data analysis and process documentation
Preferred
Previous exposure to healthcare operations, consulting, or startups (preferred but not required)
