As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will ensure the smooth flow of devices through the warehouse by managing inventory, preparing technology for shipment, and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
Receive and organize incoming devices and materials
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Assist with shipping paperwork and coordinate carrier pickups
Maintain information in ERP and tracking systems
Contribute ideas to improve warehouse procedures and efficiency
Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations
Qualification
Required
Team players who are reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for short distances
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team
