Responsibilities

Scope work and draft Product Delivery Requirements, workback plans and roadmaps based on leadership vision

Thought-partnership on how we achieve audacious goals

Connect and bring on the right people to drive the work forward

Project manage initiatives, including iterative planning, monitoring delivery, and producing status reports and leading routines

Prepare supporting materials and communicate (written and verbal) value of initiatives to promote Bank Tech

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

At least 7 years of experience in a Project Management, Operations, or Chief of Staff role within the technology industry

Ability to translate vision and blue sky thinking into tangible action

Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve results

Highly-motivated, accountable, self-starter who can work autonomously, independently takes initiative, and perseveres through complex issues to achieve results

Excellent communication and presentation skills to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Team orientation, with a passion for supporting teams to achieve success

Proven ability to build trusted, effective relationships at all levels of the organization

Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple priorities

Maintain strategic mindset, while providing excellent attention to detail to ensure seamless execution
