Head of Network Development

The Head of Network Development will lead the growth of Everbright's provider network, establishing the go-to-market strategy and building a high-performing team to drive partnerships with mental health practices.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute the GTM strategy to expand Everbright’s provider network nationally
Build the sales organization, compensation plans, and performance management structure as we scale
Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales and partnership professionals
Develop and nurture relationships with provider practice owners, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders, initially focused on psychiatry and psychology practices
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and contracting
Refine our value proposition and playbook to resonate across different provider archetypes
Manage and expand key channel partnerships
Partner closely with Marketing, Implementation, and Executive leadership to align on messaging, pipeline targets, and growth priorities
Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Operations teams based on provider needs and market trends
Own forecasting, pipeline metrics, and conversion analytics; iterate based on data-driven insights
Report regularly on KPIs and recommend strategic adjustments as we grow

Qualification

Required

7-10+ years in healthcare sales or provider partnerships, with direct experience selling into provider organizations
Proven record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue or expanding provider networks at a venture-backed or growth-stage company
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and consultative-selling skills
Team building experience with hands-on leadership style: equally comfortable closing key deals and building scalable systems
Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Mission-driven, motivated by helping practices grow and enabling access to better care
