Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical engineer
PMI Certification is required
People management and experience on leadership
Master's degree in Project management (MBA), Business Administration (MBA) or specialization in Operations Management
10+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in related to electronic industries
5+ years of experience in new product introduction, continues improvement process and Project Manager role
Proven leadership and management of cross-functional teams

Preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in English and desired Spanish
