Responsibilities

Oversee and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other offerings
Conduct detailed analyses of compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with internal teams to manage and coordinate benefits for up to 300 employees
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as FMLA, and company policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing clear and accurate information
Utilize Paycor and other HR systems to maintain accurate records and streamline benefits processes
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee understanding and engagement with company benefits
Monitor industry trends and recommend updates to benefits programs as needed
Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits
Communicate effectively with vendors and external partners to manage benefits administration

Required

Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs, preferably for a workforce of similar size
Strong knowledge of benefits analysis, including health, retirement, and other employee programs
Proficiency in using HR systems, with specific experience in Paycor being highly desirable
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, such as FMLA, and their application in benefits administration
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address employee and stakeholder inquiries
Ability to stay updated on trends and changes in compensation and benefits practices
Demonstrated experience in coordinating with vendors and external partners for benefits management
