Responsibilities

Create original, compelling content (video, photo, short-form, long-form, stories, livestreams) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Collaborate with our brand/marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Maintain consistent posting cadence and ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual guidelines
Engage actively with your audience—responding to comments, messages, and participating in trending conversations
Track analytics, performance metrics, and optimize content based on engagement and reach
Attend virtual or in-person brand events, shoots, or activations as required
Adhere to all FTC guidelines surrounding influencer marketing and sponsored content

Required

Demonstrated experience as a social media creator or influencer with proven audience engagement
Strong portfolio showcasing past collaborations or content

Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills
Professionalism, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines
A positive, authentic, and brand-safe online presence

Preferred

Niche expertise (e.g., travel, lifestyle, beauty, tech, finance, fitness)
Experience working with brands or agencies
Familiarity with content analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio)
Ability to create cross-platform content and repurpose long-form into short-form clips
