Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team

Collaborate to meet production goals daily, weekly, and monthly

Open and close workstations using standard procedures

Prepare ingredients & maintain a clean and organized workspace as per company standards

Adapt to various production tasks as required

Use daily checklists for smooth facility operations

Manage Biotrack tags and batch stickers

Operate machinery as per the production schedule

Approach various parts of the production process such as mix ingredients, weigh, and apply coating solutions

Follow packaging protocols such as managing Biotrack (seed-to-sale system) tags, create batch stickers, and operate packaging machinery

Meet packaging KPIs and assist with tasks during production breaks

Required

Experience working in a high volume, quick-moving environment such as restaurants, production line, or retail

Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds comfortably and stand for long periods of time
