Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 .NET developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
Actively contribute to the architecture, design, and development of applications using C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET, and modern frameworks
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies
Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
Conduct code reviews, enforce quality control, and drive continuous improvement in development practices
Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and delivery timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack

Required

8+ years of hands-on .NET development experience, including C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs

Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS)
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles
Proven experience in leading or managing development teams
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Python a plus
