Responsibilities
Architect and coordinate the installation, configuration, and migration of a DMZ based on Palo Alto 5220 firewalls at 2 military bases
Manage the project deliverables, timelines, and 2 resources (Network Engineer and Firewall SME) to complete the implementation
Provide timely updates on project deliverables and issues to all stakeholders
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 15 years of networking and firewall experience
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls (PA5220) and designing/managing a DMZ using Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF)
Previous IT lead/management experience
Strong communication skills
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred
Active DoD SECRET Clearance preferred
Location: Colorado Springs, CO Preferred, will consider remote work with some travel for the right candidate
