Qualification
Required
2-4 years of mortgage servicing experience
Specific knowledge of mortgage servicing concepts, escrow administration, and applicable regulatory compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel
In-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing and regulatory compliance
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on comprehensive knowledge of servicing guidelines and policies
Expertise in managing complex servicing tasks, including loan modifications
Proven ability to resolve high-level customer service issues and escalations
Strong leadership skills to mentor junior staff
Exhibits exceptional customer service abilities
Proficiency in using advanced mortgage-related software and other technological tools
Strong collaborative ability and conveying information clearly in both spoken and written forms
Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to improve servicing processes and outcomes
Preferred
Knowledge of mortgage origination, collection, and loss mitigation process and regulations preferred
