Responsibilities

Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Manage multiple projects through all phases—from concept to construction—with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines

Design Excellence: Review and contribute to construction documents, drawings, and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency

Field Coordination: Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships through design meetings, collaboration, and peer reviews

Financial Oversight: Track milestones, prepare projections, and support billing processes

Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster team development

Business Development: Partner with marketing teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations
