Responsibilities
Advise on U.S. and global trade regulations, including customs valuation, tariff classification, and other import-related issues
Support internal teams—logistics, customs—on compliance policies, audits, and regulatory inquiries
Draft and review trade-related agreements, filings, and guidance; manage and liaise with outside counsel
Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact
Qualification
Required
3+ years of legal experience in international trade, with experience in customs/import issues
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Preferred
Strong communication skills and experience partnering with logistics teams
Experience with custom/import issues in the e-commerce industry
