Responsibilities
Analyze existing NCF business processes — from product setup through production and fulfillment — to identify improvement and automation opportunities
Design and implement scalable, maintainable process automations using iPaaS tools such as Adobe Fusion, Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, Boomi, n8n, tray.io
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Product Development, Engineering, and QA to document and improve business workflows
Develop, test, and deploy integrations that connect internal systems with enterprise systems like Oracle Fusion and Adobe AEM
Ensure automation reliability through monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business process designs, automation logic, and integration interfaces
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure automations align with existing architecture, data integrity, and security standards
Support change management and training initiatives to help business teams adopt new processes and tools
Stay current on emerging automation and integration technologies and proactively recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in process design, automation, or business systems analysis
Proven experience with one or more iPaaS platforms (e.g., Adobe Fusion, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Boomi, n8n, tray.io)
Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and data flow between systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
Preferred
Experience working with the Adobe ecosystem (Fusion, Adobe AEM, Workfront)
Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and low-code integration design
Basic understanding of scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
Experience supporting digital manufacturing or creative operations workflows
