Responsibilities
Generate $1.25M in labor revenue annually by expanding work with existing clients and developing new clients
Deliver high quality products to clients?
Support the career growth of staff?
Promote and expand the firm’s reputation, as well as one’s personal reputation, by presenting at scientific conferences and publishing in the peer-reviewed scientific literature?
Understand and reinforce Integral's Health and Safety Program and Quality Management Program?
Ensure that work is performed by the most appropriate staff and in accordance with the applicable standard of care
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in economics, Ph.D. preferred
15 years of directly relevant experience (e.g., in consulting, industry, trade association, research institute)
Successful track record in generating $1.25M per year in business and completing projects on time, on schedule, and with high quality
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally
Strong organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team of economists, scientists, and engineers
