They are looking for dedicated and hardworking Commercial Solar Installers for national commercial solar-based projects, requiring travel and teamwork on solar installations from 10kW to 1MW systems.

Responsibilities
Work with a team of installers on commercial solar projects
Safely executing quality workmanship, and timely completion of work assignments
Ensure proper safety, quality, and attitude per all company policies
Responsible for perpetuating the mission, goals, and values of Freedom Solar Power
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in commercial solar installation, electrical, or construction, electrical coding strongly desired
Can physically lift, bend, squat, and haul 50+ lbs
Capable of working in hot climates
Introduction to commercial solar mechanical and electrical principles
A valid Driver's License and clean MVR are required to drive company vehicles
Willingness to travel weeks at a time across the US, 90% of the year
Preferred
Prior solar, construction, or electrical experience!
