Responsibilities
Lead the dataset onboarding efforts for the Quantitative Research Platform (QRP) team within Fidelity’s Quantitative Research & Investments (QRI) division
Collaborate with technology partners to integrate financial and alternative datasets into QRP, ensuring they meet rigorous standards for quantitative research
Work closely with researchers to design data consumption patterns and partner with Data Operations to maintain data quality
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in asset management or hedge funds, focused on data analysis, delivery, and transformation across asset classes
Proven ability to lead engineering teams and coach others while contributing individually
Exposure to a wide array of financial and alternative datasets with deep knowledge of consumption patterns
Technical proficiency in SQL and Python
CFA charter holder or progress toward CFA designation is a strong plus
