They are seeking a Pharmacy Intern II who will work under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist to complete medication histories, compound medications, and assist with departmental projects.

Under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, the pharmacy intern II independently completes medication histories, compounds non-hazardous oral medications, completes department clinical projects, and performs related duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in a Doctor of Pharmacy Program (must have completed the second year in pharmacy school as defined by the Pharmacy Examining Board)

Ability to interpret written and verbal instruction

Provides services in a setting where there is potential for exposure to blood and other high risk body fluids, chemotherapy agents, communicable disease and hazardous materials, chemicals, and waste
