Advising publicly traded companies with respect to federal securities laws, public and private securities offerings, stock exchange listings and compliance, and general corporate governance matters

Experience with both equity and debt capital markets offerings

Required

Three to five years of large law firm experience

Excellent academic credentials

Experience with both equity and debt capital markets offerings

Active member of the bar in the jurisdiction of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying
