Global Key Account Manager
TekniPlex is a globally integrated leader in materials science and manufacturing technologies, delivering innovative solutions across the Healthcare and Consumer Products sectors. The Global Key Account Manager will drive sales and margin growth for key global accounts, develop strategic account plans, and build strong relationships with senior executives across regions to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Responsibilities
Deliver sales and EBITDA growth at or above budget for assigned global accounts
Develop and execute strategic account plans with financial targets, forecasts, and multi-year supply proposals
Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and multi-level stakeholders beyond procurement
Coordinate global account teams across North America, Europe, and South America to align strategy and execution
Provide customer feedback to R&D and Product Management to drive innovation and customer-specific projects
Negotiate contracts, agreements, pricing, and terms of supply to secure profitable long-term relationships
Represent TekniPlex at trade shows and industry events to expand customer engagement and market visibility
Balance customer needs with organizational priorities, managing conflict effectively both internally and externally
Present account performance and strategy updates monthly to leadership
Qualification
Required
At least seven years of progressive Key Account Management experience within the packaging industry
Recent (within the last 12 months) hands-on management of complex global accounts
International travel experience
Support of global teams
Proven record of delivering profitable growth within flexible packaging, dispensing, or closures
Experience commercializing new products and solutions
Strong financial and business acumen, including expertise in pricing, forecasting, and contract negotiations
Exceptional communication skills—skilled in probing, listening, and navigating conflict (internally and externally)
Ability to operate with independence and influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management tools
Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time, including internationally
Ownership mindset with initiative and accountability
Strong collaborator and bridge-builder across global, cross-functional teams
Resilient and composed under pressure, skilled at difficult conversations
Growth-oriented, aspiring to expand leadership responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or technical discipline
