Client Services Administrator

Responsibilities
Customer Service Responsibilities
Prepare quotes
Process purchase orders
Invoices
Issue credit memos / RMA
Answer and direct all incoming calls
Account Management
New customer set-up
Collect and maintain tax certificates or tax exemptions
Process W-9’s
Sales Reporting
Generate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers as requested
Monthly commissions report
HR Duties
Review and submit hourly timesheets for payroll
Monitor and institute corporate HR directives
Administrative Tasks
Monitor and order office supplies
Greet visitors
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree required
At least 3 years prior experience in an office environment handling customer service requests, administrative tasks, reporting, etc
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Access required
Ability to multi-task
Customer service oriented
Attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
