Responsibilities

Lead Partner Relationship Management: Own monthly and quarterly partner status calls to review performance, share updates, and align on strategic initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships
Document and Onboard Supply Partners: Maintain comprehensive internal documentation for new supply partners, including POCs, SSP-specific best practices, technical specs, and operational guides to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent internal knowledge sharing
Act as Internal SME: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on supply partnerships and media integrations, providing insights and guidance to cross-functional teams
Optimize Product and Workflow: Evaluate and advise on product updates, feature enhancements, and process improvements that impact supply operations and partner performance
Measure and Report Performance: Establish KPIs and regularly report on supply partner performance with the Supply Analyst, leveraging data-driven insights to recommend optimization opportunities
Collaborate on Financial Operations: Partner with Finance to support reporting, audits, invoicing, and payment inquiries while helping determine appropriate payment terms and credit limits for key partners
Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business plans with supply partners to expand scaled access to inventory and enhance platform capabilities aligned with company growth objectives

Required

4+ years experience working with programmatic platform technologies, Data, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers and Verification tools
3+ years working in AdTech in a business development capacity with a focus on monetizing enterprise software and programmatic solutions with holding companies and agencies
Experience collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Analytics & Finance teams
Detail oriented, well organized, flexible, comfortable working independently, and have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
Self-starter with the ability to identify new initiatives and priorities for supply access + analysis, and lead a project from start to finish
Strong background with reporting + visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Pivot
