Responsibilities
Develops the CPM project master schedule for entire Metrorail line segments or all projects in a CIP annual budget, incorporating financial and technical constraints
Advises the manager on the results of the reviews and on adherence to schedule which is a critical factor for approvals in the contract payment process
Reviews and advises on the effects on various time entitlement determinations which are critical to the timely negotiation of contract modifications
Develops and recommends to the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and other appropriate parties alternative schedules to compensate for project delays
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or related field
Two (2) years of experience in heavy construction scheduling or project control; knowledge of and demonstrated skills with: 1) Current Primavera Project Management, 2) excel, and 3) Drawing software application, are required
