Responsibilities
Have 1+ years building production-grade ETL pipelines and data integrations
Are backend and fast: expert in Python and AWS
Have deep experience with APIs, SDKs, and browser-based data extraction
Understand data modeling, schema design, and syncing complex systems like PMS/CRMs
Think like an owner — proactive, optimistic, and deeply curious
Ship production-quality integrations daily
Maintain a balanced engineering mindset — knows when to prototype quickly and when to harden code
Communicate clearly, make fast, high-quality decisions, and take pride in reliability and craftsmanship
Experience with ETL frameworks, Postgres, data normalization, and AI-powered data mapping
Qualification

3+ years of experience
1+ years building production-grade ETL pipelines and data integrations
Expert in Python and AWS
