Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle for AI and automation projects, from requirements through delivery

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

Partner with stakeholders to define actionable roadmaps aligned to business goals

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with precision

Provide oversight on cloud-based AI tools (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Gemini, AWS Agent Core)

Translate high-level requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories

Coordinate DevOps and integration pipelines across cross-functional teams

Communicate clearly with executive stakeholders through data-driven updates and reporting

Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and security best practices throughout delivery

Required

3+ years of experience managing complex software integration or AI/automation projects

Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Familiarity with intelligent automation platforms and cloud AI tools

Working knowledge of DevOps and continuous deployment processes

Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks and compliance challenges

Strong communicator adept at stakeholder engagement and technical translation

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Certifications like PMP, CSM, or relevant cloud credentials are a plus
