Responsibilities
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid driver's license for at least one year
Must have certification as Firefighter II (State of Indiana)
Must have Hazmat Awareness and Hazmat Operations
Must have a current EMT or EMR certification - If you do not have EMT or EMR we can put you in our next EMR class and discuss our probationary firefighter positions
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have a clean criminal record
Ability to successfully pass a drug screen/background check
Individual must be able to pass a State level fit test and yearly NFPA Physical
Must have Fire I & II, Hazmat Awareness, Hazmat Operations, a valid EMT or EMR certification
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
