Responsibilities
Prepare and process all paperwork required for investment/advisory accounts: Help maintain client relationships by being a point of contact for clients regarding account information, maintenance, and processing rollovers with the client and the third-party institution
Generate, review, and oversee: All documents relating to investment account openings
Contact and consult clients: To complete outstanding documents and follow-up documentation along with other service-related issues
Team Support: Consult and debrief advisors on client openings and utilize customer relationship software and other tools to support the team
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues professionally
Strategic and proactive mindset, willing to take initiative to drive and support business operations
High ownership of responsibilities and resourceful when problem solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
Two years of relevant work experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
Illinois life and health insurance license preferred – Or expected to obtain during 90 days of employment
Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6/63 Preferred – Or expected to complete within the first year of employment
